Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our party packages are available from as little as £205.00 per person for a weekend of adventure and this includes all activities, catering, equipment and onsite transport. Price are dependant on the number of visitors attending.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a 20% deposit upon booking and full payment 30 days before your visit to us.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Of course we do! When booking a weekend package with us the Stag goes free!
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: No, everything is included. We like to ensure that booking with us from start to finish is a smooth hassle free experience. All activities, catering, equipment and onsite transport is included and if you are looking to book an adventure weekend, our on-site newly refurbished 3/4 star accommodation is also included.
Q: Can you provide health and safety assurances?
A: Health and safety is our number one priority and we are a fully licensed AALA activity centre. All of our instructors hold all applicable NGB qualifications in each of the fields they teach, along with public and employers liability insurance, first aid and that they are DBS checked.
Q: Can you arrange activities for the evening?
A: Yes of course we can, if you’re looking to chill and enjoy a few drinks to celebrate we can arrange transport to the friendly local pub or for those looking to party we can arrange transport into Cardiff where a wide range of nightlife can be enjoyed.
Q: What is Cardiff like?
A: Cardiff is a very popular destination for Stag party nightlife with lots of great bars and clubs to visit.
Q: What is the capacity for a residential visit?
A: We have a variety of newly refurbished onsite accommodation choices sleeping up to 76 visitors. We also have further accommodation choices nearby and onsite camping for 100+. The Centre is self-contained and can be used exclusively for your group event if required.
Q: What additional facilities do you have on site?
A: In addition to our accommodation options, there is also a wide range of facilities available at the site for visitors to use. We have flexible space that can be adapted for meeting rooms, a large dining area that can seat up to 40 and adjoins the café and lounge area providing space for 20 – 30 to relax in between activities.
There is also a dedicated learning centre for meetings and course debrief sessions and full laundry facilities, including kit drying room. A separate shower block ensures visitors are fresh and clean before going back to rooms to relax.
Q: Do you cater for special needs?
A: Yes, we do. Our newly refurbished chalet includes 2 fully accessible DDA compliant rooms. We can also offer specialist courses for those with special needs.
Q: Do you have to be fit / an outdoor enthusiast to take part?
A: Certainly not, whether you are a complete beginner or a keen outdoor enthusiast we pride ourselves on being able to put together exciting packages tailored to fit your group requirements with the main focus on fun.
Q: Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
A: Specific dietary requirements can be catered for such as allergies, health conditions or religious requirements. Our menu is carefully created, ensuring we deliver delicious tasting, high energy and nutritious meals with the odd cheeky treat if you fancy it!
Q: Can we bring our own beverages?
A: Yes you can and we will even keep them chilled for you! For those wanting a camping experience we can arrange for a cosy night with fire pit, barbecue and chilled beverages.
